“2008 SPORTS & LEADERSHIP HALL OF FAME AWARDS BANQUET”

Mayor Ron Davis is proud to announce the 2008 Sports and Leadership Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, to be held on Friday March 21, 2008 at the A.J. Cooper Municipal Complex, located at 216 E. Prichard Ave.
This year’s inductees include: Patricia Edington, Reverend Norvel Glover, Mr. Charles Pharr, Mrs. Edna Rhodes, Reverend Lemuel Taylor, Jr., ED and Ralph Taylor, III.
Their will be a Press Conference and interview opportunities on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Prichard Stadium located at 222 Clark Drive beginning at 1:00 p.m. the public is invited.
The Mayor’s Hall of Fame Golf Tournament will be held on Friday March 21, 2008 at High Pointe Golf Course, located at 4603 Golf way Drive, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
These events will benefit the Prichard Parks and Recreations Youth Summer Tennis Camp and the S.N.A.G. (Starting New At Golf) summer golf program at High Pointe Golf Course.
