Prichard Police execute a narcotic search warrant

On April 14, 2008, at approximately 1800 hrs, the Prichard Police Department Narcotics & Intelligence Unit executed a narcotic search warrant at 1901 Victory Ave. The residence was located on the Prichard and Mobile city border. The search warrant was the result of a four month undercover operation. During the operation it was determined that the subjects involved were distributing drugs in the Prichard and Mobile area.

Investigators seized marijuana, codeine, pills, U.S. currency and weapons from the residence.

Listed subjects were arrested and transported to the Mobile County Metro Jail.

• Carlos Neal charged with Possession of Marijuana 1^st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance.

• Marcus Neal charged with Possession of Marijuana 1^st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance.

• Chester Nicholson charged with Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance.
  The subject had an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana 1^st Degree.
  The warrant was the result of a previous drug related investigation.
