MULTIPLE ARRESTS MADE IN THE ALABAMA VILLAGE AREA

In response to the complaints generated by the residence living in the Alabama Village Area, the Narcotics & Intelligence Unit conducted a two month undercover operation in the area of Russell Ave. Several undercover drug buys were conducted during this time. On April 4, 2008, at approximately 1800 hrs a Narcotic Search Warrant was executed at 1012 Russell Ave, with the assistance of the Special Response Team.

A large amount of crack cocaine and a small amount of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia was recovered from the residence and yard. A pistol and marijuana was also recovered from a room in the residence occupied by two toddlers aged 2 and 5 years of age. A seventeen year old was also in the residence, the subject was released to parents.

All of the subjects arrested on the scene had a history of prior drug arrest. Additional arrest is currently pending.

Arrest Made

1. Ella Brisker aka Mary Bridgett (Home Owner) charged with Chemical Endangerment of a Child; Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2. Kevin Brisker charged with Destruction of Evidence; Possession of Crack Cocaine; wanted on a felony drug warrant out of the Mobile County Sheriffs Office.

3. Frank Hicks charged with Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm wanted on a felony Assault 2nd Degree warrant out of the Mobile Police Department.

Michael Dewayne Reese is currently a fugitive, the subject is wanted for
2 counts of Distribution of Crack Cocaine,
Possession of Crack Cocaine
Felony warrant for Probation Revocation.
