NEWS RELEASE

Below is a list of the Prichard Police Department MOST WANTED, multiple attempts have been made to locate listed fugitives. Due to the fact that most of the fugitives do not maintain a permanent residence, the Prichard Police Department are asking for the citizen’s of Mobile County and connecting areas for their assistance.  If anyone has information in reference to the listed individuals please contact:

• Jeremiah A Lee – wanted in connection to a shooting incident that occurred in the area of Elba St. in Prichard Alabama in July 2007. The fugitive is currently wanted for Attempt Murder and Probation Violation.

• Matthew E Heave – wanted in connection to a domestic related shooting that occurred in the area of Grant Circle in Prichard Alabama in January 2008. The fugitive is currently wanted for Domestic Violence 2^nd Degree.

• Bruce W Rogers –The fugitive is currently wanted for Escape 2^nd Degree.

• Christopher D Shamburger – wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred in December 2007. During the investigation the subject was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. The fugitive is currently wanted for two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance.

• Robert D Kimbrough – wanted in connection to a narcotic operation that occurred in September 2007. During the operation the subject sold marijuana to undercover officers. The fugitive is currently wanted for Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

• Carlis L Howard – wanted in connection to a narcotic operation that occurred in February 2008. During a street enforcement operation the subject was found to be in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine. The fugitive is currently wanted for Possession of Marijuana 1^st Degree and Possession of Controlled Substance.

• Matthew A Kiel – wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred in October 2007. The subject sold marijuana to undercover operatives. The subject is currently wanted for Distribution of Controlled Substance.

• Nathaniel D Hines – wanted in connection to a narcotic operation that occurred in January 2008. While performing street enforcement, the subject was found to be in possession of Codeine. The subject is currently wanted for Possession of Controlled Substance.

• Justin L Williams – wanted in connection to a narcotics operation that occurred in January 2008. While performing street enforcement, the subject was found to be in possession of marijuana. The subject is currently wanted for Possession of Marijuana 2^nd Degree.

• Henry D Lee - wanted in connection to a narcotics operation that occurred in February 2008. While performing street enforcement, the subject was found to be in possession of marijuana and Codeine. The subject is currently wanted for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 2^nd Degree.

• Patrick D Johnson – wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred over six months in 2007. The subject was distributing marijuana while armed inn the presence of children. The subject is currently wanted on a federal warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime.

• Demetrius L Carter – wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred over eight months in 2007. The subject has been distributing narcotics throughout the Mobile County area. The fugitive is currently wanted for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 1^st Degree. A Federal warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Ecstasy is also currently pending.

• Paul A Burke - wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred over eight months in 2007. The subject has been distributing narcotics throughout the Mobile County area. The fugitive is currently wanted for Possession of Controlled Substance Crack Cocaine and Possession of Controlled Substance Codeine. A Federal warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine is also currently pending.

• Richard B Howard - wanted in connection to a narcotic investigation that occurred over eight months in 2007. The subject has been distributing narcotics throughout the Mobile County area. A Federal warrant for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine is also currently pending.
