PRICHARD POLICE JOINS FORCES TO COMBAT CRIME

As a continue effort in bridging the gap between the Prichard Police Department and the community, the community Oriented Policing Unite would like to extend open arms to the citizens of Prichard. The officers of this unit are currently educating and guiding community members on how to properly organize a Neighborhood Watch Group.

Once the neighborhood watch groups have been identified officers specializing in community oriented policing will oversee the group by getting the program up and running. After the groups are officially formed, the officer will continue to serve as the liaison and periodically provide updated material to ensure a shared partnership in combating crime.
