The City of Prichard Parks and Recreation Department and the family, friends and sponsors of J. B. F. Entertainment held a community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday March 15, 2008 at the Infra-Care Center in the Alabama Village area. J.B.F. Entertainment is comprised of approximately 18 local community organizations that work closely with one another to provide quality events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, where it was estimated that over 1000 people attended.

There were approximately 5000 eggs hidden in the grassy areas surrounding the Center. Some of the eggs contained prizes while other contained various goodies. Food, beverages, games and prizes were provided for all ages. DJ Wimp, of J. B. F. Entertainment says that the group has worked diligently since early January to plan the event, which he hopes is the first of many that the organization and the City of Prichard will partake upon.
