NEWS RELEASE

Due to the community assistance the Prichard Police Department Street Enforcement Task Force has been able to apprehend listed fugitives. An additional arrest for Hindering Prosecution 1st Degree was made while acting on a tip.

Marshall Woods Jr. was arrested for harboring Patrick D Johnson who was a fugitive from justice. Task Force members had made contact with Woods two days prior in regards to Johnson and advised him that Johnson was a fugitive from justice. While searching for Johnson at Woods residence located on Colbert St, Johnson was found hiding in Woods’s bedroom. Also a local paper displaying Prichard’s Most Wanted was found in Woods’s bedroom.
